Evidence
over noise.

Most fitness content is trend-chasing dressed up as advice. SIGNAL breaks down what the research actually supports, then turns it into protocols and programs you can run this week.

About

I read the research so you don't have to.

I'm Ryan. SIGNAL exists because most health content optimizes for attention, not accuracy, and the gap between what gets clicks and what the evidence supports keeps getting wider.

I train daily, follow the primary literature and research reviews closely, and I'm currently working toward my personal training certification. Everything published here follows one rule: if I can't trace a claim back to a study or a well-supported mechanism, it doesn't ship.

SIGNAL covers two pillars. Physical is training and body composition: hypertrophy, protein science, programming. Wellness is everything that makes the physical side sustainable: sleep, routines, and the behavioral tools that turn intentions into habits.
